Brandcore.io Partner Web & Growth Proposal

Prepared for The Palms Pet Resort & Spa · Helotes, TX

Staffed 24/7/365.Now let the website prove it.

Your homepage already leads with round-the-clock staffing. The rest of the path makes a visitor work for the answer. This proposal shows where, and what we would build.

  • Certified, experienced team
  • 8 HVAC units with outside-air recirculation
  • Directed by Dr. James R. Peterson
  • Upcoming classes

01 / Site audit

The strong parts are on the homepage. The path to a booking is not.

Five findings from the public pages of thepalmspetresort.com, read on 31 October 2026. Each tag names where it lives. No private systems were used.

  1. High

    The fax link dials 555-555-5555.

The footer shows “Fax: (210) 695-1578”, but the link behind it is a placeholder number. The same link appears on all nine pages we reviewed.

    Source · footer “Fax” link

  2. Medium

The “Forms” menu item goes nowhere.

The menu link points to “#”. The reservation form is at /reservation-request, which the menu lists separately as “Reservation”.

    Source · site navigation

  3. Medium

Two listed class dates have already passed.

The Upcoming Classes page lists October 15, 2026 and August 6, 2026. The page address is also misspelled: /upcoming-clasees.

    Source · /upcoming-clasees

  4. Medium

Photo descriptions don’t match the photos.

The kitten photo’s alt text says “Two cats are sitting on a cat tree”, and the grooming photo’s says “a house with palm trees”. The building photo and eight credential logos have no alt text.

    Source · homepage image markup

  5. Low

The homepage has two H1 headings with the same words.

Both read “Upscale Pet Care Staffed 24/7/365”, so the page gives search engines and screen readers a duplicated main heading.

    Source · homepage heading markup

02 / The gap

11:47 PM · Illustrative scenario, not a recorded visit

A worried owner needs a room for tomorrow. Six steps today.

Tomorrow is a travel day. The owner searches for boarding and lands on your site. This is the path the public pages give them, and the path we would build instead.

Today, on the site

  1. 1

Land on the homepage. The main heading appears twice in the page source.

  2. 2

Choose “Forms” from the menu. It links to “#” and goes nowhere, so the visitor opens “Reservation” instead.

  3. 3

Fill in one long reservation form. The page says the reservation is “not confirmed until you hear from us”.

  4. 4

Send vaccination records by fax, mail, email or a hard copy. The fax link dials 555-555-5555.

  5. 5

Wait for a reply. The reservation page shows no live availability.

  6. 6

Check classes. Two listed dates, October 15 and August 6, have already passed.

Proposed concept

  1. 1

Land on a homepage that answers the question on the first screen: boarding, daycare, grooming, training, and the next class date.

  2. 2

Pick dates and accommodation in one place. Staff still confirm every reservation before it is final.

  3. 3

Send vaccination records to one correct fax and one email address, shown once, on the same page.

03 / The flagship

The new front door, built from your own photos.

A working concept. Every photo and line comes from thepalmspetresort.com. Class dates come from your Upcoming Classes page. Seat bars are illustrative, and nothing here connects to a booking system.

04 / The system

What Brandcore would build. The path, not only the page.

Six pillars, each one tied to a finding on slide 2. Nothing here promises a rank, a review count or a number of bookings.

A front door that answers

One homepage that names boarding, daycare, grooming and training on the first screen, with the next class date visible.

A reservation path that works

One form with the fields you already ask for, a dead menu link replaced, and one correct fax and email for vaccination records.

Local search that agrees with the site

Google Business Profile hours, address and phone matched to the website, so a search result and a visit say the same thing.

A class calendar that stays current

Upcoming classes updated every month, with past dates removed before a visitor sees them.

Review requests run by your team

A simple request step after a visit, handled by your front desk. We do not write, buy or post reviews for you.

A monthly review partner

One monthly read of what visitors ask, what the site shows, and what changed, with the next steps written down.

05 / The proof

The proof is already on your site. We only show what it says.

Credential logos on the homepage

  • Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, AKC
  • Association of Professional Dog Trainers, APDT
  • Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, CCPDT
  • The Dog Gurus
  • Fear Free
  • International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, IAABC
  • International Boarding and Pet Services Association, IBPSA
  • PackPro, dog daycare professionals

Eight credential logos appear in the homepage Credentials section. The site does not say which staff member holds which credential, so confirm that before using them in marketing.

08 / Let’s talk

Let’s talk about the path. Your care is already the story.

Your team already does the hard part. The website should say so on the first screen. Pick a time below to prepare a note for a 20-minute scope call. Nothing is booked until you send it.
