A clearer digital front door for a family window business that has been measuring, ordering and installing on the Central Coast since 1982.

01 / The honest audit

A 40-year reputation.
A 2019 front door.

The business is specific. The website is not. Six things a homeowner meets before they meet Rigo’s.

High01

The story starts 3,975 px down the page.

On the live homepage at 1440 × 1000, the family-run, no-subcontractor story begins almost four screens below the top — in a narrow centered column under a giant “About Us” heading.

Source · rigoswindows.com, 31 Oct 2026 · measured 3,975 px from top
High02

Two wordmarks, one journey.

The header uses the Rigo’s Windows & Patio Doors wordmark. The estimate page switches to a different window-icon logo and the line “We will make it affordable for you!”

Source · homepage header + /ola/services/free-estimate-1
High03

The estimate button leaves the site.

“Free Estimate” opens a GoDaddy appointments page. The default day we checked said “no available times” and offered no next available date.

Source · estimate page, 31 Oct 2026 · 1 hr · Free
Medium04

Six actions compete in the first two screens.

Free Estimate, Monthly Specials, a 0% APR financing banner, Online Appointments / Book Now and a chat bubble all ask for a click. The next step is not obvious.

Source · homepage first screen + full page
Also observed · No gallery of finished Rigo’s projects on the homepage. 5 of 7 homepage images have empty alt text.

02 / The gap

The late-night compare.
Three steps to confidence.

A homeowner comparing window companies does not need more information. They need to know what happens next. This is an illustrative journey, not an analytics claim.

03 / The new front door

A working concept.
Not a screenshot.

Click the tabs. Pick a window type. Choose a measure window. This is real HTML/CSS; dates and availability are illustrative until the build connects to Rigo’s scheduling.

04 / The system

Six pieces.
One front door.

Brandcore builds the path from “I found you” to “I booked a measure” — then keeps it current after launch.

01

The front door

A homepage that leads with the work, the family story and the five communities — not a template hero and six buttons.

OutcomeA homeowner sees the work and the next step in one screen.
02

The request

A short measure request with project type, city and preferred time. The phone number stays visible for people who would rather call.

OutcomeNo more leaving the site to book.
03

The proof

A project gallery by city and product: finished installs, the products used and the details that show the craft.

OutcomeFour decades of local work becomes visible.
04

The local map

One useful page for Santa Barbara, Goleta, Carpinteria, Buellton and Solvang — the exact service area already published.

OutcomeOne page for each community you actually serve.
05

The trust layer

Product options, the measure-and-install process and the questions that stall a quote — answered in plain language.

OutcomeFewer unknowns before the first call.
06

The growth loop

Seasonal offers, new projects and inquiry review after launch. The site improves with the business, not just on launch day.

OutcomeA maintained front door, not a one-time build.

Scope is confirmed after a 20-minute call. No invented pricing, review counts or performance guarantees.

05 / The proof

We have done this before.

06 / The roadmap

Three days to align.
Seven to build. Sixty to refine.

A proposed schedule, starting after scope, content and access are agreed. Karina stays your point of contact throughout.

01Days 1–3 · 3 days

Align

Review the services, approved imagery and the estimate process with Karina. Decide what the new site has to do.

  • Confirm services and five-community service area
  • Choose project photos and page structure
  • Agree scope, estimate questions and launch target

Build

Build the new pages, gallery and measure request around the real work. Rigo’s team reviews the site before launch.

  • Homepage, windows, patio doors and service-area pages
  • Project gallery and a three-field measure request
  • Mobile layout, link checks and launch review
OwnerBrandcore build team
03Days 11–70 · 60 days

Refine

Review how people use the site and where inquiries begin. Improve the content and contact path as real feedback arrives.

  • Review inquiries and visitor behavior
  • Add new projects and seasonal offers
  • Prioritize the next updates with Karina
OwnerKarina + Brandcore
Launch after your approval You supply logo, photos, service details and estimate questions We keep the site current after launch

Timing is a proposal, not a guarantee. No launch date is promised before scope and content are agreed.

07 / The engagement

Three ways to deploy.
One recommended.

No invented prices. Scope and a fixed-fee quote are confirmed after a 20-minute call.

Refresh

Keep the current site. Fix the path and the identity split.

Best forTesting the value before a rebuild
  • Audit fixes to the estimate path
  • One logo and one clear next step
  • Mobile phone and CTA cleanup
OutcomeA cleaner front door without a new build.
Growth partner

Rebuild first, then keep the site improving with the business.

Best forA business that adds projects every month
  • New project uploads and seasonal offers
  • Local search and content updates
  • Inquiry review and a monthly priority list
OutcomeA maintained front door, not a launch-and-leave.
Recommendation · start with Rebuild. Add Growth when the content engine is ready. No fake reviews, certifications or guarantees.

All engagement levels are proposals. No dollar figures are shown or implied; a fixed-fee quote follows the scope call.
