A four-field quote form with no drawing upload.
Name, email, phone and a project description. No material, quantity, tolerance, timeline or file field for the print that starts the job.

Since 1997, Peak Precision has cut, formed, machined and assembled precision parts in Milpitas. This proposal rebuilds the front door around the buyers who need that work — with a clear capability path and an RFQ that starts with the drawing.

The current site is not empty. It carries the real facility, the real work and the ISO claim. But the sitemap also carries the template — legacy pages and placeholder posts that have nothing to do with fabrication.

Name, email, phone and a project description. No material, quantity, tolerance, timeline or file field for the print that starts the job.
SOURCE · /contact-us/The phone number appears as plain text. The five navigation pages contain 0 tel: links and 0 mailto: links, including on mobile.
Laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, machining, finishing and delivery are unlinked bullets on one page — with no service URL for a buyer to land on.
SOURCE · /services/Investors, Our Culture, Sample Page and Shop Online all return 200 with index, follow. Fifteen Latin-titled posts sit in the same sitemap.
Facilities and Frames are the only two albums. Clicking a photo opens a raw image file, not a project page or a caption.
SOURCE · /gallery/The homepage title is “Classic Home - Peak Precision” — a template label in the tab and in search results, not a buying message.
SOURCE · PAGE HEAD / TITLESAlready strong: real facility photography · 20+ years of history · ISO certification claim · a distinctive mark. This is a rebuild of the path, not the identity.
An illustrative buyer moment built from the observed site — not a recorded customer session. The engineer has the file, the material and the deadline.
“I have the STEP file. I need to know if you can cut it, form it and turn it around.”
Illustrative scenario · not a customer quoteSearch result reads “Classic Home - Peak Precision.”
Homepage hero offers one quote CTA.
Services lists 12 capabilities as plain bullets.
Contact asks for four fields and a paragraph.
The drawing stays on the buyer’s desktop.
Your team starts the brief from zero.
A capability page answers the process and material question.
The RFQ builder captures material, process, quantity, timing and drawing.
Your team receives a complete brief with the file attached.
Three deliberate steps instead of six accidental ones.
The buyer does not need more pages. They need the right three.
A working HTML concept — not a screenshot. Switch tabs, filter capabilities, and build a sample RFQ. Illustrative UI; no data leaves this page.
Laser cutting, forming, precision machining and assembly under one roof. 16,000 sq ft. ISO-certified.
Tell us the material, the process and when you need it. Attach the drawing on the first screen.
Twelve published capabilities, organized by what the buyer needs to do — not buried in a bullet list.
Flat stock cut to the drawing.
Programmed punching for repeat work.
Controlled bends and formed profiles.
Welded assemblies and frame weldments.
Structural frames built as one unit.
Machined detail for multi-material parts.
The full fabrication path, one partner.
Color and protection after forming.
Durable finish for production parts.
Specified surface finish, coordinated.
Parts and hardware built into a unit.
The finished work, ready for your line.

Two albums become a working proof library, with captions and descriptive alt text. Project details are added only after your team approves them.
Material, process, quantity and timing — the questions your team would ask anyway. The drawing comes with the first message.
A real shop photograph, the 12 / 11 / 7 capability counts, and the RFQ above the fold — with a tap-to-call button beside it.
Cut, form, machine finish. Materials and industries sit on the same page, so an engineer does not have to hunt through a bullet list.
Material, process, quantity, timing and a drawing field, summarised before the buyer sends anything. Routing is confirmed with your team.
The browser preview above is interactive. Open the concept for the full-size version; the sample RFQ never leaves this page.
Not a brochure refresh. A commercial path that turns the capabilities you already have into pages buyers can find, and a brief your team can quote.
A page architecture built on 12 capabilities, 11 materials and 7 industries, with laser cutting, forming, machining and finishing as first-class pages.

United Facilities Group came to Brandcore with a dense, dated site. The rebuild put the commercial offer and the next action in front of the visitor. These are supplied case captures, not Peak Precision results.

REVIEWEnquiry quality, page clarity and the next three priorities.
No auto-publish. No live-site change without your sign-off.
Three engagement levels, scoped to the work. No prices on this page — a fixed-fee quote follows a 20-minute scope call.
For replacing the current brochure quickly, without losing the real photography.
For turning the site into a working sales asset, not a digital brochure.
For a team that wants the site to keep improving after launch.
How the quote works. A 20-minute scope call confirms pages, photography, RFQ routing and launch timing. You receive a written fixed-fee quote and a deliverables list. Ownership and access terms are confirmed in that scope before work begins.
NO INVENTED PRICES · NO LONG-TERM LOCK-INA 20-minute walkthrough is enough to confirm whether this is useful. Amy will bring the concept, the audit and a short list of decisions.
