Website and consultation proposal

One tap from a free consultation.

Palladino's trainers are certified, and the studio and client photos are already strong. The path from a first visit to a booked session is not yet as short as the training itself.

  • NCSF, NASM and ISSA certified trainers
  • Studio, at-home and outdoor sessions
  • Belmont and the Peninsula

01 / Site audit

What a new client has to do today.

We read the six public pages on palladinopt.com. Every finding names the page it came from. None of it judges the training.

  1. High

The phone number is not tappable.

    (650) 430-1438 appears as plain text in the header. We found zero tel: links on any page.

SOURCE · header on 6 of 6 pages

  2. High

The consultation form asks for seven required fields.

First name, email, phone, city, service, a goals box and an availability box must be filled before submit.

    SOURCE · /contact-us · 7 of 9 fields required

  3. Medium

Group class times are sentences, not a schedule.

Nine weekly group times are typed into paragraph text, followed by "ask us if we have availability". There is no booking link.

    SOURCE · /studio-training

  4. Medium

    Two service-area statements disagree.

Services says "almost anywhere on the peninsula from Menlo Park to San Francisco". The at-home page names San Carlos, Belmont, San Mateo and Redwood City.

    SOURCE · /services and /at-home-outdoor-training

  5. Low

    The footer still reads ©2020.

"©2020 by Palladino Personal Training LLC" is the footer on every page we read.

02 / The gap

6:12 AM. Someone who wants a trainer before work searches on a phone.

An illustrative moment, not a recorded visit. The steps below are counted from the current page structure.

03 / The front door, concept

Book the first session from the first screen.

A working concept, not a live site. Tabs, the schedule and the phone view all respond. Dates, seats and availability are illustrative.

Phone and tablet view, in plain text

  • Phone number tappable in the header on every page.
  • Home: one headline, one primary button, one call button.
  • Services: each format with its published price per session.
  • Calendar: group times as a list you can tap, with the time, day and place.
  • Consultation form: name, phone and a preferred time. Nothing else is required.

04 / What Brandcore builds

Six pieces, one consultation path.

Each piece serves the same outcome: a prospect finds Palladino, trusts it and books a first session without friction.
