Website
A fast, readable flagship with the menu, hours, directions and the story of the room.
Mobile-first build · real content
MARISCOSPUERTO NUEVO · SEASIDE
Seven Seas · One Clear Menu
Mariscos Puerto Nuevo has served Monterey Bay since 1991. This is a proposal for the website that finally makes the 7 Mares, the cold bar, the breakfast hours and the phone number easy to find.

We looked at the live site the way a guest does: on a phone, hungry, and in a hurry. Four things get in the way before the first bite.
The food is worth the trip.
The menu should be worth the tap.
Scanned logo tile
No call action
Menu is another page
The whole menu is published as image scans on /menu.html. Dish names and prices live inside the pictures — hard for a phone reader, a search engine and a tired guest.
SOURCE · mariscospn.com/menu.html · 8 menu imagesThe site uses a 302×252 logo image on a parchment tile over the hero. At phone size it reads as a stamp, not the mark guests know from the menu.
SOURCE · homepage hero · logo asset 302×252A guest ready to order has to leave the hero and find the number. There is no tap-to-call or directions action in the opening view.
SOURCE · homepage header / heroThe desktop hero, logo tile and scanned menu stack into a long pinch-and-zoom read on a phone. Nothing is designed for the thumb.
SOURCE · homepage layout + menu scansThis is the path a guest takes today. Every extra step is a moment to give up and pick the next place on the list.
Illustrative guest moment · no customer quote or analytics claim.

The room already has a story. The website just needs to tell it.
A working concept for mariscospn.com: real dishes, real prices from your printed menu, and a phone view that puts the call button under the thumb. Click through the tabs.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Broadway Avenue. See the menu, check today's hours and call to order.

Breakfast pricing is on the printed menu. The build keeps the kitchen's current prices, not a guessed number.
Menu · Hours · VisitThe website is the center. These are the pieces that make it work after launch — scoped, owned and reported in plain language.
A fast, readable flagship with the menu, hours, directions and the story of the room.
Mobile-first build · real contentDishes and prices in real text, with a simple path to update a dish when the kitchen changes it.
8 scans → editable categoriesGoogle Business Profile categories, hours, address and site details kept consistent.
Seaside + Monterey Bay searchesA repeatable library of real dishes, the room and the people — not stock seafood.
Photo direction · dish notesCall and directions actions on every screen, with the Tuesday closure impossible to miss.
One tap · no huntingA monthly check-in for menu changes, hours, broken links and fresh seasonal content.
60 days included · ongoing optionalWe do not take over your POS, your reservations or your guest list. The build connects to the tools you already use.
For United Facilities Group, Brandcore replaced a dated site with a clear, mobile-first flagship. Different industry, same job: make the first impression match the operation.

A dense legacy page became a single, confident front door with a clear service promise and one action.
The real company, its actual services and its identity — not a template with a new logo.
Brandcore can make a serious operation look as capable online as it is in the field.
A proposed schedule, agreed at kickoff. You approve the menu, photos and access; we keep the build moving.
A 1-on-1 with Luis to agree the menu categories, the photos, the access and the one person who signs off.
The site takes shape with the real menu, real photos and the call and directions paths a guest needs.
After launch, the menu and hours stay current while the local presence gets the same attention.
No package prices here. We scope the work first, then send a fixed-fee quote. Every option starts with a 20-minute call.
For the restaurant that needs the menu readable now.
For the restaurant ready to replace the whole first impression.
For the restaurant that wants the site to keep working.
How pricing works: a fixed-fee quote after a 20-minute scope call. No invented numbers, no surprise retainer.
I'll walk you through the audit, the concept and the launch plan in 15 minutes. No pressure, no prepared contract — just a clear next step.

Your 7 Mares, Mariscada, cold bar and breakfast menu deserve a clear mobile home. Let's review the proposed layout and talk through your priorities in a brief 15-minute walkthrough.
