Prepared for Lulu's Mexican Food · Menlo Park · Palo Alto · San Carlos · Los Altos

Comida fresca. Easier to order.

Your food already earns the visit. This zero-obligation preview shows how the website could carry a guest from the first tap to the order. Every finding comes from your own public pages.

  • 4 stores listed
  • 8 order links today
  • 2 wrong catering dial targets
  • 34 site photos collected

02 Audit · what the site asks guests to do

The site asks guests to fight the food. Six findings, all from your pages.

Each finding names the page and the exact count or markup. Nothing here estimates traffic or sales.

  1. HighSOURCE · /catering

The catering number dials the wrong numbers.

    The printed line reads "(650) 208-7626". Its two tap targets dial +1 650 575 2772 and +1 650 209 0517. The homepage's catering link is the correct +1 650 208 7626.

  2. HighSOURCE · /locations

Every store has two ordering systems.

Four "Order Now For Pickup" links go to Toast. Four "Order for Delivery" links go to order.online. That is eight order links across two hosts, and every order leaves the site.

  3. MediumSOURCE · /menu · /catering

The menu is a PDF, and it is one PDF.

All four location links on the menu page open the same file, "One-page in-store menu" (PDF). The catering menu is also a PDF download.

  4. MediumSOURCE · /locations

Two of four store cards show no hours.

The Palo Alto and Los Altos cards publish no hours in the captured page. The Menlo Park and San Carlos cards do.

  5. MediumSOURCE · meta · /locations, /menu

The page descriptions say "five locations".

Both descriptions say five. Both pages list four stores. Guests and search results see a different count from the one on the page.

  6. LowSOURCE · /catering · /locations

    Trust details need polish.

The heading reads "Corporate EVents". Two reviews are credited to "Admin" and "Office Admin". Four location images have empty alt text. The "Submit Your Catering Order Inquiry" heading has no form in the page markup.

Evidence: captured page markup and visible text. Three review pages linked from the homepage return 404 and are counted as gaps, not as findings. Live screenshots are not part of this pass.

03 The gap · a catering search

A catering search, step by step.

An illustrative guest, not a recorded visit: someone plans a party for the office and goes looking for catering.

04 The flagship concept · illustrative

Your new front door. Four stores, one order path.

A working concept built from your store hours, menu sections, catering facts and photos. Tabs, store choice, the phone links and the catering draft respond. Nothing is submitted or ordered.

  • Home: one hero, one order path, store hours at a glance.
  • Locations: four stores with correct phone links. Hours appear only where published.
  • Menu: per-store sections. No dish prices are shown.
  • Catering: one number, your own catering facts, and an unsent email draft.

Order paths

Pickup and delivery per store. Concept only; nothing is placed.

The concept, in words

Home. One hero, one pickup and delivery path per store, and hours where published.

Locations. Four store cards with address, one correct phone link and hours. Palo Alto and Los Altos show "hours to confirm" until you supply them.

Menu. Per-store sections. Alameda and Laurel St sections come from your menu pages. Dish names and prices come from your menu source.

Catering. One number, your catering facts, and an inquiry form that prepares an unsent email.

05 What Brandcore builds

Six services, pointed at four stores. Not a template.

  1. 01

    Website and store pages

One page per store with hours, phone, menu and order buttons together.

  2. 02

    Ordering and catering path

One pickup and one delivery path per store. One catering number that dials correctly.

  3. 03

    Local search

Four Google Business Profiles kept identical: hours, phone, photos and the same store count.

  4. 04

    Content library

Your 34 site photos sorted by role, plus new photography only when you approve it.

  5. 05

    Reviews

A response routine for every review, and reviewer credits that read as real names.

  6. 06

    Growth partner

A monthly one-page review of what changed, what was measured and what we fix next.

These are deliverables. No Brandcore results or client metrics are claimed in this deck.

06 Proof from your own guests

Guests already say where it sticks. Their words, verbatim.

  • "It's a busy place, so it's best to call your order in ahead of time."

    Kaleb A. · homepage review
  • "The food arrived hot, each burrito clearly labeled, and with a wide variety of sauces from mild to hot."

    Danielle · catering review
  • "Wonderful presentation and on time; many thanks and looking forward to the next order!"

    Jean · catering review
  • "Their catering is on point-they've got something for everyone."

Today

The order starts with a phone call.
