A private website and booking concept for a resort that already has the hard part right — Readers’ Choice badges from 2018 to 2024, three locations, and staff on the premises.

We read the live site the way a new pet parent would — on a phone, at night, with a trip already booked. Six things slow that decision down.

New customers must come in, reserve in person, and tour first. The online form opens only after a verified appointment. Reservations are by phone.
West Covina, Temple City, and Upland each have a reviews URL. Each captured page shows a heading and footer. Embedded widgets did not render, so no review text appears.
The homepage text says “5 years in a row”. Its award gallery shows seven badges, 2018–2024. Pick one number and show the badges. The footer still says © 2016.
About links to /#restaurant-section. FAQ links to /drinks. West Covina links to /menu. Three template leftovers in the main menu.
Rates and policies live on three separate pages. Check-out is 11:00 AM at every resort. The late-pickup daycare fee is $25 per pet at West Covina, and $22 per dog ($16 per cat) at Temple City and Upland.
The FAQ says West Covina guests go out once a day. Temple City and Upland say at least three times a day, depending on occupancy. A parent comparing resorts can’t see that on the homepage.
None of this is about taste. Every finding adds a step between a pet parent and a booking — and a 2016 site is doing the talking for an award gallery that runs from 2018 to 2024.

Reservations go by phone or in person, during business hours. A parent planning a trip at midnight has nowhere to put the request, so they keep searching.
Every step you remove is a call your team doesn’t have to chase.
Switch tabs. Choose a resort. Pick a tour time. The concept keeps the published rates and hours, and makes the next step obvious.
Spacious suites, outdoor play, and three resorts to choose from.
UPLAND · SUITE CORRIDORIndoor/outdoor suites, raised beds, central heat and air, and a private patio. Published West Covina rates shown; per-resort rates vary.
Outings: West Covina once a day. Temple City and Upland at least three times a day, depending on occupancy.
WEST COVINA · PLAY YARDDaycare is $35 a day. Add a private play session, a Yappy Hour, or a pool visit where available. Temple City does not have a pool.
A RESORT GUEST · GROOMEDGrooming, baths, pedicures, facials, teeth brushing, and training are available at the resorts. Request services at drop-off so the day is planned around your pet.
Open Monday–Saturday, closed Sundays and major holidays. Tours 12–3 (Upland Mon–Fri).
Rates and amenities vary by resort. The stay table shows West Covina’s published rates; each resort’s rate page is the source of truth.
PLAN A VISITSix pieces, one system. Each one removes a reason to call the next resort — without changing the care that already works.
One brand, three resorts, one content system. Each location keeps its own rates, hours, and personality.
One front doorA tour request, a stay request, and a deposit handoff that matches how your team already works.
Fewer phone tagThree Google Business Profiles, city-level pages, directions, and hours that agree with each other.
Found in three citiesReal facility photography, suite tours, service pages, and seasonal notes your team can update.
Always currentCollect real reviews after checkout and show them where they matter. No invented testimonials.
Proof on every pageA monthly report, a campaign calendar, and conversion fixes based on what real visitors do.
Accountable monthly
The website buries it. The valley already voted. This is the proof a new front door should lead with — not a 2016 footer.

No six-month discovery theatre. The first phase is small on purpose: confirm the facts, then build the front door around them.
Confirm services, rates, and booking rules for all three resorts. Agree the page map and the one action every page asks for.
Flagship site, three location pages, rates, reviews, and the tour request. Redirect the old URLs. Keep the phones working.
Launch, measure, and fix. Update the three local profiles, start collecting reviews, and review the first month together.
Every option starts with the same 20-minute scope call. No prices on this page — the scope decides the number.
