CREDIBILITY IN THREE SECONDS

The first impression is still 2018.
Grand Dentistry has spent more than two decades building a health-centered practice in Escondido. Online, a new patient still meets a phone number, a 2018 PDF, and a headline that does not appear until they scroll.
We reviewed the site the way a new patient does — on a phone, after hours, deciding whether to call. Six things are quietly costing Grand Dentistry the first visit.
The H1 sits inside a Divi animation wrapper at opacity:0. It appears only after a scroll event. Captured at 1440 and 390 after nine seconds: a room, a phone number, a call button.
Five tel: links on the homepage. The only form asks for Name, Phone, Email, and Comment. There is no date, time, service, or provider to choose.
“New Patient Form” opens /uploads/2018/12/new_patient_form.pdf. Download, print, fill, return. The practice’s first impression is paperwork.
The authentic orchid, monogram, and “beautiful smiles” are a 4.4KB raster on a white box — displayed at 188px, and roughly 115px on a phone.
“© 2018 Internet Marketing and SEO by Next! Ad Agency.” Eight years on, the agency credit is the last word a patient reads before leaving.
“How did you find us today?” floats over the page during a scroll. It asks a new patient for data before the practice has earned the appointment.
They have your name, your phone number, and five tabs open. The site gets one shot to answer three questions: Can you help me? When can I come in? How do I start?
tel: links on the homepageNot a template with a new coat of paint. A warm, mobile-first site built around the two things a new patient needs: the right answer and a way to request the visit.
A clear headline, the real team, and a “Request a visit” action — no scroll required.
General, cosmetic, veneers, implants, sedation, sleep apnea, Invisalign, crowns in a day.
Service, day, and time reach the front desk with context. Nothing is booked automatically.
Concept only. Illustrative dates and availability; no live booking, payment, or patient data is collected here.

Health-centeredYour website is the front door. Brandcore builds the whole room behind it: the service answers, the appointment path, the local search presence, the proof, and the monthly rhythm that keeps it current.
A fast, editorial practice site with real photography, a clear first step, and room for the practice to grow.
CREDIBILITY IN THREE SECONDSService → reason → window → request. After-hours capture that reaches the front desk with context.
FEWER “ARE YOU OPEN?” CALLSGoogle Business Profile, service pages, and local intent built around Escondido and the surrounding communities.
FOUND BY THE RIGHT SEARCHService pages, doctor bios, new-patient answers, and the practice’s own photographs — organized once, used everywhere.
ANSWERS WITHOUT A PHONE CALLThe proof Grand Dentistry already earns, placed where a new patient decides — with a simple, respectful review request flow.
PROOF AT THE DECISION POINTA named Brandcore contact, monthly improvements, and a report that says what changed and what it means.
A SYSTEM THAT STAYS CURRENTThe website is not the deliverable. The next patient is.
This is not a redesign for its own sake. It is the same Grand Dentistry — the same team, the same care, the same Escondido home — with a first step that works after hours.

A proposed sequence, not a promise. Dates begin after scope approval and depend on one thing: access to the practice’s real answers and one decision-maker.
The practice, written down.
A working front door.
A system that stays current.
Start where the practice is. Every engagement begins with the same fixed-fee quote after a 20-minute scope call — so the number matches the work, not a package name.
A credible, mobile-first website with a clear way to request a visit.
TYPICAL BUILD · 2–3 WEEKSA practice that needs a credible first impression now.
The full new-patient front door, plus local search and proof.
TYPICAL BUILD · 3–4 WEEKSA practice ready to make the website its best front desk.
A maintained growth system with a named partner and a monthly rhythm.
ONGOING · MONTHLY RHYTHMA practice that wants the system to keep improving after launch.
Fixed-fee quote after a 20-minute scope call. Written scope, milestone dates, and inclusions before work begins. No invented dollar figures; no long-term lock-in.
Thank you for the conversation — and for the invitation to send this over. If the direction feels right, choose a time and I’ll walk you through the concept, the scope, and the fixed-fee quote.

“Grand Dentistry has built something rare in Escondido: a practice that treats the person, not just the teeth. This proposal is about making the website feel that way too. If it resonates, I’ll make the next step easy.”
A working conversation about the practice, the patients, and the front desk.
The pages, the request flow, the owners, and the dates — confirmed in writing.
One number for the agreed work. No package math, no surprise line items.
All times Pacific. This prepares an unsent email draft; nothing is booked until Karina confirms.
No appointment is booked until confirmed. No patient information is collected here.
