BRANDCORE.IO × CRC AUTO BODY2026

Good repairs deserve a better first impression.

A website and local presence built around the work CRC already does well: collision and frame repair, insurance guidance, and a clean handoff from first search to finished car.

02 / THE AUDIT

The shop is ready. The website is not keeping up.

Five observations from the live site — plus the proof it already has. Captured 30 October 2026. None of them are about the quality of the repair.

LIVE HOME · 1440 CRC Auto Body live homepage at 1440 pixels: logo lockup overlaps the AUTO BODY wordmark and the hero is mostly empty black space
LIVE HOME · 390 CRC Auto Body live homepage at 390 pixels: the wordmark and call to action are clipped by the screen edges

01FIX FIRST

The address disagrees with itself.

The page title says Ste 7. The footer, locations page and body copy say Ste 2. A driver gets two answers.

SOURCE · TITLE vs. FOOTER · LOCATIONS
02FIX FIRST

A 330-word front door.

The homepage welcome is one unbroken paragraph. Services, hours and the estimate path sit below it.

SOURCE · HOME · WELCOME COPY
03QUICK WIN

The best proof is buried.

The insurance page runs 577 words with no page-level H1 — and contains 11 carriers, State Farm DRP, CCC ONE, PPG Envirobase and ADAS calibration.

04WATCH

Two brands on one locations page.

Of three listed locations, two are Custom Craft Auto Body with different phones and domains. Which shop is CRC?

05FIX FIRST

The phone experience breaks.

At 390px the wordmark runs off-screen, both CTAs clip and the nav cuts off. 129 requests, 1.1 MB.

03 / THE GAP

At 11:47 PM, a driver is not reading a mission statement.

They are looking for one thing: a clear next step. Right now that path runs through a long welcome, a separate insurance page, and a phone call or a booking flow that lives somewhere else.

11:47PM

A rear-end collision on Highway 101. The car is drivable; the insurance question is not. They search “auto body shop Oceano” from the passenger seat.

  1. 01Land on the repair path
  2. 02See the process, proof and photos
  3. 03Request an estimate or drop-off

Steps counted on the live CRC site, 30 October 2026. The 11:47 PM scenario is illustrative; no customer conversation or consent is claimed.

04 / THE FLAGSHIP

Bring the proof to the front door.

A live HTML concept — not a screenshot. Switch tabs, open a service, choose a drop-off window. The dates are illustrative; the structure is the proposal.

01

One place for the claim path. Five steps, 11 carriers and the DRP status, out of the 577-word page.

02

Proof above the fold. Real work photos and the 5.0 / 65 review proof sit beside the first action.

03

A real mobile version. The phone is not a shrunken browser; it is the same content, reflowed.

05 / THE SYSTEM

One partner for the site and the follow-through.

Six building blocks, scoped to an auto body shop — not a generic website package.

THE POINT

Not more pages. A shorter path from “my car is damaged” to “CRC has it.”

01BUILD

Proof-led website

A homepage that leads with the work, the reviews and the claim path — not a 330-word welcome.

5-page site · one clear next step

Growth partner

Monthly updates, review requests and a named Brandcore contact. No set-and-forget launch.

Named partner · monthly cadence

Scope is illustrative of a typical Brandcore engagement; final inclusions are confirmed on the scope call. No performance, ranking or review-count guarantee.

06 / THE PROOF

We have done this before. Here is the evidence.

United Facilities Group came to Brandcore with a dated site and a service story buried in text. This is the same design discipline we would bring to CRC. Not CRC’s work, not CRC’s results.

WHAT CHANGED
  • Clear service hierarchy
  • One visible next step
  • Mobile-first contact path

07 / THE ROADMAP

Three days to plan. Seven to build. Sixty to grow.

A proposed schedule, confirmed after kickoff and content review. The launch target is day 10; local growth continues through day 70.
