02 · What we found on your site

Six things a new customer hits first.

We requested the public pages of blueprintsdogstudio.com on 31 October 2026 with plain page requests. Each finding names the page it came from. None of them is a judgment on your trainers.

  1. High

    Two footer links return 404

SOURCE · Footer: /training/classes-packages/ and /training/specialty-classes/ both return HTTP 404. They are 2 of the 14 links in the footer lists.

  2. High

The header’s only button is for current customers

SOURCE · Top navigation: “CURRENT CUSTOMERS” is the only button. New-customer forms sit inside individual program pages.

  3. High

“Book Now” opens a sign-in page

SOURCE · Footer: 2 “Book Now” buttons link to /booking/, which resolves to /homepage/booking/. That page says: “Current customers click here to sign in.”

  4. Medium

The class copy disagrees with itself

SOURCE · Homepage News says Basic 1 and Basic 2 were combined into Beginner Obedience. /training/classes/ still says current customers can sign up for “Basic 1 and Basic 2.”

  5. Medium

The contact page has no enquiry form

SOURCE · /contact-us/: an email address, two phone lines and a fax number. Specialty-class sign-ups say “call or email us.”

  6. Medium

Daycare rates sit in a PDF

SOURCE · /daycare-socialization/services/: “SEE PRICE SHEET” links to CURRENT-RATES-02-03-2026-1.pdf. The page itself lists no daily daycare rate.

Tags are our judgment. High means the finding can send a new customer to the wrong place. Medium means it adds doubt before the first call.

03 · What it costs

It’s 11:47 p.m. Where do they go?

Concept scenario, not a recorded visit A first-time owner has a 12-week-old puppy and one question: when is the next class, and can they sign up tonight?

Today: four steps

  1. Home page
  2. Training menu, then Puppy Training
  3. “New Customers Sign Up Here”
  4. The form opens on another domain

SOURCE · /training/puppy-training/ links to form.jotform.com

Proposed: three steps

  1. “New customers: start here” in the header
  2. Puppy Kindergarten card with date, time and price
  3. Request a spot on your own domain

CONCEPT · Not live. Nothing is reserved.

As published: Puppy Kindergarten is for dogs 8 to 18 weeks old, costs $25 cash or $25.75 card per class plus tax, and meets Saturdays 9 to 10 a.m. in Syracuse and 10 to 11 a.m. in Chittenango.

05 · What we would build

Six pieces, one front door.

  1. 01

    Website

Home, Classes, Calendar and Daycare pages, phone first, with one new-customer path. Answers findings 1 and 2.

  2. 02

    Enrollment path

New and current customers each get one labelled door. Forms stay on your domain. Answers findings 2 and 3.

  3. 03

    Local search

Syracuse and Chittenango pages whose hours, addresses and class times match the text on the page.

  4. 04

    Content library

Class descriptions, the price sheet in HTML, and the FAQs kept in one place, so the wording agrees.

  5. 05

    Reviews

Your published testimonials, quoted as they appear, and a simple way to ask for a review after class.

  6. 06

    Growth partner

A monthly check of links, forms and class dates, with a written change list you approve.

06 · What your customers already say

Your reviews are already the proof.

“The trainers are hands on, provide feedback each session, and even help with questions and problems outside of the curriculum.”

Kellie Murphy, published on your testimonials page

“They know just how to make my pup feel comfortable and at home.”

Published testimonial, your testimonials page

“I know my dog is safe and happy.”

07 · The plan

Three days, seven days, sixty days.

A proposed sequence. Exact dates are set on the scope call and depend on access to your site and class calendar.

Day 3

Stop the leaks

Repair the two 404 footer links. Point both “Book Now” buttons at a new-customer page. Add a “New customers” button to the header. Align the Basic 1 and 2 wording with Beginner Obedience.

Blue Prints supplies: current prices, class dates and the owner of each form.

Brandcore delivers: a written change list, then the fixes once you approve access.

Day 7

Build the front door

Build the concept as the real site: Home, Classes, Calendar and Daycare. Add an enquiry form to the contact page and the price sheet in HTML. Check every page on a phone.

Blue Prints supplies: permission to use your photos and the current class calendar.

Brandcore delivers: the build, phone checks and your review. Launch is proposed for day 7 after that review.

Day 60

Learn and adjust

Review form submissions and calendar use, then make two rounds of changes. Monthly checks of links, forms and class dates begin.

Blue Prints supplies: one named person to approve changes.

Brandcore delivers: monthly check notes and a change list.

08 · Three ways to start

Choose the depth. We scope it together.

  • An enquiry form on the contact page
  • The price sheet in HTML, and a phone-first layout
  • Handover notes so your team can edit

Fixed-fee quote after a 20-minute scope call.

Level 3

Run it monthly

  • Everything in Level 2
  • Monthly checks of links, forms and class dates
  • A content update each month, approved by you
  • A quarterly look at published reviews

Fixed-fee quote after a 20-minute scope call.

No prices appear here. We do not promise rankings, booking volume or revenue. The work is measured by fixed findings closed and changes you approve.

09 · Let’s talk

Let’s talk. Pick a time.

Amy AlfaroLead Sales & Strategy, Brandcore

“I would like 20 minutes to walk through these six findings with you, and agree on what, if anything, to change first.”

Choose a time

Pacific and Eastern times are shown. Selecting a time prepares an unsent email to Amy. Nothing is booked until we confirm.
