The front door
A responsive site that loads on the phone a patient is actually holding.

The cover
Art Dental Centre already has the hard part: a doctor with a real clinical story and 45 labeled cases. The website a patient meets is still a 920px table with a 2012 copyright line. This is the case for closing that gap.
Every finding is visible in the public site's own HTML. No analytics, no guesses, no redesign opinion — the page as served.
On a phone the whole page shrinks. The navigation is a row of pictures, not text a thumb can target.
:: Welcome to Art Dental Centre :: is the title on all four. No meta description appears on any page checked.
The page body has no address, hours or request form. The only phone is in the global sidebar.
The gallery holds real before-and-after photography, but the labels do not describe the case a patient is looking at.
The rest of the site — and the practice — are Dr. Huynh. A patient notices the wrong name before the address.
Copyright 2012, Universal Analytics, a Google+ link, a 2012 .docx CV and an http:// award widget on an HTTPS page.
A parent is on a phone after bedtime with one question: who can see me? The current site makes them work for the answer.
One shared title. No page-specific answer.
Five image links, each 102px tall.
The page is headed “Video.”
It sits in the sidebar, beside a fax and a Yahoo address.
No request form. No appointment path.
Or email and wait for a reply.
Training, location and care in the first screen.
Case 01 of 45, with practice-approved context.
The phone is visible. The next step is one tap.
Not a screenshot. A working concept: four website tabs, a real before-and-after case, and a visit path that is never more than one tap away.
A profile that can be finished, not a 12px wall of text.
45 labeled cases, approved descriptions, a real compare control.
Phone, address and a request flow beside the care information.

A first sentence that says what they do.
A quote path that is impossible to miss.
A visual system that can carry the next project.

No metric is claimed. The evidence is the work itself: hierarchy, a visible next step, a brand that can carry the company.
A proposed schedule after content and access are approved. Clinical copy stays with the practice; Brandcore owns the build and the launch.
