Location architecture
One canonical page per kitchen. Senter's midnight close, Berryessa's BART proximity and Levi's game-day window each get their own hours, phone, directions and order link.
Guest outcome: the right kitchen, first tap.Hand-pressed tortillas, USDA Choice steak over mesquite charcoal, and a family business that grew from one taco truck into two San Jose taquerias and a stand inside Levi's Stadium. This is what happens when the digital front door is built with the same care.

We read the live site itself, not a screenshot: six public pages, desktop and phone, captured October 31, 2026. The food, photography and story are strong. These are the exact issues that keep a good restaurant experience from becoming a great one online.
Seventy-one unique labels, repeated by the duplicated responsive DOM — including Breakfast Burrito in two sections. Every dish competes as a page headline.
SOURCE · /menu/ DOM · 31 OCT 2026Two <main> landmarks, two <nav> blocks and duplicate H1s on all six pages. The mobile copy stays in the document on desktop.

Picture a late-night diner searching nearby. Senter serves until midnight; Berryessa closed at ten. On the current site, the hours live in prose, two kitchen numbers are plain text, and the map buttons do not always agree. Every extra step is a chance to lose the late-night run.

Not a picture of a website. A working concept you can click: switch kitchens, open the menu, check hours, plan a taco bar. Every path ends in a call, a direction or an order — never a paragraph of prose.
Location-aware from the first tap. Senter, Berryessa and Levi's each get the right hours, number and next step.
A menu built as structure. Categories and dishes become real headings and data, not 144 competing H1s.
Catering that asks the right three questions. Guest count, service style, date — then hands off to your existing form.
House-made tortillas and USDA Choice steak over real mesquite charcoal. Pick your kitchen and go.

Published menu and prices, October 2026. The live build syncs to your POS.
Two answers and a guest count are enough to start a real conversation. No prices are estimated here.

Not a pile of pages. A small operating system for three kitchens: one source of truth for hours, numbers, menu and directions, with every guest path ending in a real action.
One canonical page per kitchen. Senter's midnight close, Berryessa's BART proximity and Levi's game-day window each get their own hours, phone, directions and order link.
Guest outcome: the right kitchen, first tap.Keep the marketplace where it converts, then put a direct call and order button on every location card. No new POS claims until access and fees are confirmed.
Guest outcome: call or order without copying a number.Categories, dishes, descriptions and prices become structured content with a clean heading hierarchy — editable in one place, readable by search and screen readers.
Guest outcome: the menu reads like the grill. Each taqueria's Google Business Profile reviewed, plus one Restaurant schema per location with the hours guests actually experience. Fix the Levi's map destination and the Senter late-night gap.
Guest outcome: correct hours and pin, every time.Guest count, date and service style in one guided request, routed to the team that already handles 20 to 3,000 guests. The site prepares the inquiry; a person confirms it.
Guest outcome: a real next step, not a dead end.Real kitchen and food photography, a simple review prompt after service, and a monthly update rhythm. No invented reviews, no stock people, no fake facilities.
Guest outcome: proof that the room is alive.

United Facilities Group came to Brandcore with a dated site and buried calls to action. Drag the handle to compare the original with the rebuild. No performance numbers are claimed because none were measured for this proposal.

A target, not a promise: launch day is day 10 after access and content approval. One account manager stays with the work from kickoff through the 60-day growth window.
One kickoff turns the menu, locations and catering goals into a build plan.
The site goes live around your real kitchens, tortillas and mesquite grill.
After launch, we watch how guests find kitchens and improve the paths that matter.

Every option is scoped to Araujo's, not a package off a shelf. No dollar figures here: after a 20-minute scope call we send one fixed-fee quote with the exact inclusions.
For fixing the site first.
For winning the San Jose search.
For owning the whole guest path.

Araujo's did not become a San Jose institution by accident. The next chapter is simpler than it looks: make the three kitchens easy to find, easy to call, and easy to book for catering — without losing the character of the grill.
I'll walk you through the audit and the concept, then scope the smallest version that fixes the leaks. No pressure and no invented numbers.
