A visitor has to route themselves
- 01Land on “Welcome”
- 02Scan five top-level choices
- 03Open “LOG IN”
- 04Choose one of three portals
- 05Leave the site for the portal
- 06Call the main line
The phone team becomes the navigation.
01 The front door
Self-funded plan administration · Fresno, California
Advantek administers claims for self-funded health plans, with an in-house clinical team and reporting built around each employer group. The website should make that difference clear before the first call.

The substance is already there: self-funded administration, an in-house clinical team, customizable reporting. The live site makes a visitor work to find it, then asks them to guess which door is theirs.
LIVE · 1440×900
LIVE · 390×844
The first heading is an H3 reading “Welcome,” followed by an H3 of body copy. The page never states its subject as a heading.
STRUCTURE LIVE DOMNo meta description was present in the live head. The most valuable search line on the site is the word Home.
SEARCH <HEAD>The mobile render keeps a wide fixed layout. The mark, the hero and the welcome copy are clipped at the right edge.
MOBILE 390×844 RENDERFive top-level navigation items, three portals tucked under “LOG IN,” and no visible employer or broker next step above the fold.
PATH NAVIGATIONNot a taste argument. A measured one.
03 The cost of a guess
SOURCE · Advantek customer service copy
“When members call during our normal business hours, you will always reach a live person.”
Advantek, on its own customer service. That is a real advantage. A clear website protects it.
The phone team becomes the navigation.
Observed path, not a customer quote. Step count reflects the live navigation structure.
04 The flagship Live HTML concept

FOR EMPLOYERS & BROKERS
Self-funded administration with an in-house clinical team, reporting you shape, online enrollment and direct access to the account team.
Claims, eligibility and plan operations, managed by a team that knows self-funding.
A full-time Medical Director and nurses in the building, not a call center script.
Case management, utilization, diabetes and FSA reports, shaped around your groups.
FOR PLAN MEMBERS & FAMILIES
Find the resources for your plan, understand a claim, and reach a person who can help. No guessing which door is yours.
A live person during normal business hours
Advantek's Fresno team answers during normal business hours.
Nurses and a Medical Director work alongside the claims team.
Benefits, claims and next steps, written for families rather than files.
FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS
The three things your office needs, on one page, with a phone and fax that go to the people who can resolve them.
PHONE(559) 228-5454
FAX(559) 228-5460
Every provider task starts from the same three choices.
A live team in Fresno, not an unmonitored inbox.
The details a billing office needs, without a search.
FOR EMPLOYERS & BROKERS
Advantek's proprietary claims software and data team support custom monthly reports. Choose a report family to see the shape of it.
A view of open cases, clinical touchpoints and the groups they belong to, with the date range and data elements chosen by the employer.
MENUMEMBER QUICK PATH
Live person during business hours
Phone detail · readable, not a shrunken browser
05 The system
brandcore.io · six connected parts
A front door is not a template with a logo on it. It is an argument about who you serve, what they need, and where they go next. These are the six parts we build around Advantek's actual services.
Audience-first navigation for employers, members and providers, with portal routing that does not hide the front door.
Clear pathClaims administration, clinical programs, reporting, online enrollment and employee education translated into plain, source-backed pages.
Less huntingEligibility, claim status, pre-certification, phone and fax on one page, designed around a billing office's actual task.
Fewer callsTechnical SEO and Fresno/Central Valley content for the employer and benefits searches Advantek can honestly win.
Found firstA review workflow and Google Business Profile presence built on real service, never invented ratings or testimonials.
CredibleMonthly content, reporting and refinement with one named partner, so the site keeps pace with the business.
CompoundingWebsites, local search, content and the operating rhythm behind them.

Provided Brandcore case capture · United Facilities Group
United Facilities Group came to Brandcore with the same problem in a different vocabulary: strong work, buried under a crowded first screen. We rebuilt the front door around one promise and one next step.

What carries over to Advantek: the discipline to put the strongest truth on the first screen, then make the next step obvious.
NO INVENTED METRICS · REAL REBUILD07 The plan
Proposed schedule · launch subject to content and sign-off
A focused launch, not a six-month redesign. The claims system, portals and plan data stay exactly where they are; we rebuild the public front door around them.

08 Ways to work
Scope first · fixed-fee quote after a 20-minute call
Three ways to deploy the same standard. No invented prices, no annual lock-in language, and no change to Advantek's claims system or member data.
A credible public site that finally explains the service and routes each audience.
The full public experience: every audience, every report family, every next step.
The site as a living asset, with a named partner improving what brings conversations.
The boundary: this is public-facing design and content. It does not touch claims adjudication, plan data, member records or the portals themselves.
